Liesa Euton

Liesa Euton was born in the United States and received her education in New York City. Her multicultural background includes Dutch and French Antillean (Caribbean) heritage, enriching her perspective and cultural awareness.

Throughout her extensive career, she has contributed to both public and private sectors, accumulating more than 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Liesa’s professional career began as the general manager of The Sea Palace Resort, a position she held for 17 years.

During her tenure, she demonstrated leadership and a commitment to industry growth, notably serving as President of the St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association for four years and sitting on its Board of Directors for 17 years. Her influence extended to legislative development when she contributed to the creation of Timeshare Law during her presidency of the Timeshare Association, showcasing her dedication to shaping policies that benefit the hospitality sector.

Throughout her two decades in St. Maarten, Liesa actively participated in civic and political spheres, serving on 29 Boards of Directors, including involvement in parliamentary elections and SESNA, an organization responsible for pre-approving soft loans for the European Union. She also ran for a seat in the Senate during the 1998 Federal Parliamentary Island Elections, demonstrating her commitment to public service and governance.

Liesa has a prominent media personality. She hosted “The People’s Voice,” a radio talk show on PJD2 FM, for 15 years, and co-hosted the four-year culinary TV program, “Best Bites of the Caribbean.” Her passion for culinary arts extended into education, as she taught at the St. Maarten Culinary School. In Dubai, Liesa’s community involvement and leadership continued to flourish. She has been an active Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow for 27 years, serving as a club president and board member for over two decades. Her roles included International Relations Director, VIP/Protocol Coordinator, and Campaign Strategist for the UAE Athletics Federation. She was also a co-founder and Race Director for the Dubai Women’s Run from 2010 to 2018. Currently, she serves as the regional director for EHP International, delivering tailored training and leadership development programs across the Middle East and North Africa. Liesa is passionate about empowering women, especially in achieving financial independence.

She frequently participates as a keynote speaker and moderator at conferences, focusing on mindset transformation and leadership.
